Keith recently replaced the fan on my laptop after the original one broke. I use my laptop every day for work, so it was important to me that the repair be completed quickly. I contacted Keith, and he was able to order the necessary parts ahead of time. After they came in, I dropped off my laptop. He replaced the fan and returned the laptop to me in less than a day. The new fan is working great! I would definitely return to Keith for future laptop repairs.
What a terrific experience with Keith! He solved my hardware and software problems quickly and completely, with skill, excellent instruction and good humor. And, he brought the hardware I needed with him so that I did not have to go shopping around. Great service!
Keith did a great job repairing my PC's fan & part of the power supply. He was available for me to drop off my computer on short notice and worked quickly to get things fixed up, and this was all on the weekend! 100% will be my go-to guy should my PC need any more work in the future.
