“Our new washing machine was delivered on time with no issues. The delivery team did a great job of removing the old washer and installing the new one. They were very careful not to hit any walls, etc. Excellent experience from order through delivery with Don’s Appliances.”
Hauck Appliance Repair
“I reached out to Sean for regarding two failed appliances. He responded quickly, diagnosed with expertise, showed the utmost integrity, and communicated clearly and concisely what I should do.
Unfortunately, most repair and contracting businesses don't have the incredibly high standards that Sean does.
In my case, he advised that the information and troubleshooting I had done was enough for him to tell that my appliances were a couple decades old. Parts would be too difficult to service, and I should put my money towards new appliances instead of a service call, diagnosis, and possible repair.
That's the kind of stand up integrity that not enough businessmen have today. He could have taken my money for a service call that I didn't need.
Instead, he's earned a vocal customer for life because he's an honest person that wants to do right by his customers.
Hauck Appliance Repair sets the bar on excellence.”
