“My grandfather was placed on hospice and I was hesitant because of my past experiences with crossroads but they handled my grandfather with great care. He did NOT want a male caregiver so when they called before the first visit and told me it was a man I was scared I promised my grandfather he only had to try him once and if he didn't like him we could change but when I tell you his caregiver Woo Jeong is the most compassionate, respectful and caring person and my grandfather (although skeptical at first) absolutely loved that man. When my sister (his main caregiver) passed away unexpectedly he agreed to take some of the load off of me and come 5 days a week without hesitation. Woo was due to come see my grandfather of his last day of life at 11am and he took his last breath at 10:30 but Woo came in anyway without a beat and did post mortem care and sat with him and prayed until the nurses came to pronounce him and gave me the sweetest hug on the way out the door. I truly have to say I am sooo thankful for that man for helping my grandfather maintain his dignity and making a new friend ❤️-Thank you Crossroads of Plymouth Meeting“

“Main Line Home Care sent a nurse (Christa) an occupational therapist (Lindy) and a physical therapist (Chris) to help my dad after a hospitalization. They were punctual and professional. They really helped my dad increase his mobility and strength. They provided us with other invaluable information to help him navigate the house safely. We are grateful for their help and support.“
