Visiting Angels has been a miracle for my Mother and family on every level. It started with a compassionate visit with Shannon, VA's director of client services, who walked us through the process of hiring someone to come into my Mom's home to spend engaged time with her, supporting her in ways that included socialization, physical therapy prescribed by her doctors, light house work, errands to appointments, trips to museums, and other needs as they came forth. My parents don’t use social media, so they asked me to write this review on their behalf. They have been receiving care from Tammy at Visiting Angels for the past few months. She is very friendly, easy to get along with, and proficient at the home tasks she helps them with. Also, she watches out for their safety, and whenever she drives them to appointments, they feel safe with her. In addition, she has helped with the transition of one of my parents to the hospital and to rehab care. My parents are very happy with the care they are getting from Tammy and Visiting Angels.
The office staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They are also on call 24/7 for any needs of the clients or caregivers.
