i love the administrator Erica Moss bc she went out of her way to accommodate me on a weekend to get a bed. And she called the maintenance man on a Saturday and waited until he got here to change my bed. We celebrated the kentucky darby
My nurse lala is simply amazing ! She's pleasant, nice , and great attitude. She makes me feel comfortable with my illnesses . My cna danita does a great job with my care. The nursing team is good
I would love to give a shout out to Alexa the housekeeping director she's does everything for us. She goes out of her way to make my mother comfortable. She follows through on request. I truly appreciate her more then she knows and she's always pleasant.
