While travelling on vacation my daughter's O2 concentrator quit working. The unit is patient owned. I called this company for a cash purchase of an O2 cylinder, but was told they could not help because I use a competitor for DME services. I was 6 1/2 hours from home. This response was ethically wrong on so many levels. Extremely disappointed with the company and the employee who handled my call.

Well I see I’m not the only one disgusted by this ridiculous company! I was given oxygen supplies for my daughter. the day the young lady came out I was sick so I did not notice the Child/Adult size cannula I was given. I was also given a milk crate to store the oxygen tanks and a broken portable bag to go to appointments with! I got around to calling for replacement cannulas for my 5 month old and I won’t get the darn thing until Monday! Unacceptable because she needs her cannula to deliver oxygen to help her breathe. This company needs to be shut down! You’re dealing with lives not animals.

There not good if you need something they don’t answer the calls or messages on the app until way later and very rude especially with ng tubes they barely to never sent them and my daughter needs them to help her eat I don’t recommend them at all
