We had a cracked piece of equipment on my ventilator. Victoria came to my house in S. Jersey, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a solution until parts were sent to us. Victoria was extremely professional and friendly!…. and gave us lots of advice about mask usage and hoses, and recommended some newer mask products.
Jane my Nurse is so wonderful. She has been infusing my IG meds for almost 3 years! She is professional, patient and knowledgeable and never is too busy to answer my concerns. Today AL shadowed Jane and I had the pleasure of having two wonderful Nurses at my side! Thank you Promptcare for assigning Jane to my case!❤️
