“I have taken the signature hot class at other Y6 studios. I absolutely loved Stef's interpretation of the class. She held poses a bit so we could really melt into them. Her cueing was outstanding and her Playlist was phenomenal. Most of all, I loved how Stef engaged each student in the room and made everyone feel special. Thank you”
“Julia is a great coach. The pace is steady and she introduces challenges gently. She guides us through the exercises and keeps the tempo consistent. I enjoy the class and her coaching style”
