I’ve been a member since the get go and highly recommend it. My Orthopedic doctor recommended Pilates for combatting the effects of old injuries. I’ve regained range of motion I haven’t seen in 30 years and the classes keep me engaged. What I enjoy is that with Pilates I can challenge myself at every class level. The technique and discipline is critical in maintaining my health and abilities into my 70’s. And my golf swing has never been better.
LOVE pilates! Flemington location is awesome. All of the instructors are great an make class fun and challenging. Would definitely recommend going and taking some classes, you will get addicted like me!
