Club Pilates Flemington is a great place to work out, get strong and improve your health. There’s a lot of camaraderie amongst the clients which makes it a fun place to work out and the staff is just terrific.
During this first Pilates experience, I found my instructor, Karen, to be upbeat and and encouraging. She did an amazing job tailoring the workout to beginners like me and others who were more advanced. Her personal approach made the experience a positive one and gave me the encouragement I needed to want to better myself.
I am really enjoying my Club Pilates classes. The classes are always challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and professional and teach with kindness and a great sense of humor.
