New Britain Flooring
“We’ve used New Britain Flooring for two homes now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Frank, Brendan, and the entire team genuinely care about helping you make the right long-term decisions—not just selling you the biggest project.
When we moved into our new home, I was getting a lot of pressure to cover my hardwood with LVP. Instead, Brendan sat down with me and helped create a 10-year flooring plan that fit our goals and budget. We mapped out which rooms to carpet now, when to refinish hardwood, and how to get to the home we ultimately want. That kind of honesty and guidance is hard to find.
Their installers are incredibly friendly, respectful, wonderful with our kids and pets, and they’re always efficient. They refinished the hardwood floors in our last home, and I truly believe those beautiful floors helped sell the house. Their tile work is fantastic too.
Flooring isn’t something I know a lot about, so having a company I completely trust is invaluable. If you want honest advice, excellent craftsmanship, and people who truly care, New Britain Flooring is the best.”
