Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! He put in a new shower assembly. We can’t say enough, he is so efficient! His work ethic is admirable and will be using him from now on, for any type of repair needed!
