New Britain Flooring comes highly recommended for flooring and carpeting projects. The team is friendly, professional, and hard working, going above and beyond with outstanding service and quality work. Customers have worked with them multiple times and wouldn’t trust anyone else. The owner and team genuinely care about helping customers make the right long-term decisions, not just selling the biggest project. They provide honest advice and guidance, even helping create a 10-year flooring plan that fits goals and budget. The sales people are knowledgeable and help find what works for the customer, not what they want to sell that week. Installers are incredibly friendly, respectful, wonderful with kids and pets, and always efficient. They have done excellent work with hardwood refinishing, tile, and carpet installation, with projects completed in a professional manner with attention to detail. One customer picked a carpet and had it installed in a week, well ahead of deadline. The team keeps customers informed throughout the process in a timely manner. Customers describe the experience as one of the best, with a first class organization where employees reflect the owner’s standards.

One of the best experiences we have had. From the moment we talked on the phone with the owner, we knew we picked the right place. They are one of the friendliest and professional companies you will ever work with. We picked a carpet and had it installed in a week, well ahead of our deadline and it looks terrific. We'll definitely be using them again for jobs in the future in our new home.
