We just had our home re-carpeted by Barb-Lin. The entire experience from consulting with Rick, to the estimate, through the installation was exceptional! It was a big decision and a big job that was stress-free for my husband, myself and our dogs! In under 2 days the job was completed and my husband describes the finished product the best, “the rug is like walking on smooth white sand at a private beach”. Thank you John and the Barb-Lin Team. If you’re looking for the best, call Barb-Lin, you won’t regret it!!
I recently had an issue with a floor I purchased approximately 3 years ago that started to break and pull up. I reached out to the store and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received from John, the owner. The floor has been replaced and the installation was done flawlessly. I truly appreciate how John resolved the issue. He personally took his time to help me select replacement flooring. The installers were professional and courteous and clearly took pride in their work, I highly recommend Barb-Lin CARPET ONE for their commitment to quality and customer service, Thank you John for all you did to resolve this issue.
