“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! He put in a new shower assembly. We can’t say enough, he is so efficient! His work ethic is admirable and will be using him from now on, for any type of repair needed! It’s so hard to find someone that you can totally trust & expect the craftsmanship and workmanship to be 5 star all the way!! We would highly recommend this company for any project you need done!! “5 years prior, I had my floors refinished and a inlay installed. The gentleman seemed reliable and had good reviews. I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. What I ended up with are some of the nicest and most beautiful hardwood floors imaginable. “We came here for area rugs, and they have, probably literally tons of them, hanging in the back room so you can flip through them. One very helpful thing is that they have a bowl of plastic clothes pins of several colors, you can pick several pins of the same color, and use them to mark your favorites so you can get back and look at them again and compare them. I also found it helpful to take a picture of the rug and the label, so we could later see if it was in our size, and let the staff know what we were looking for when it wasn't hanging there.The rugs seem reasonably priced, and good quality. We also got a custom mat cut for each rug that we purchased, said to be of a quality above the ordinary rubbery type. It seems to be good, and walking across our bedroom rug barefoot is like getting a massage, given the combination of the thick pile of the carpet and the firmness of the non-skid rug mat underneath.We would definitely return, if we replace any of the area rugs we have in all our other rooms.“
