Roger has always responded quickly when we have asked for a roof inspection to ensure that the sun and weather had not damaged any part of the roof. “I was in a war with Tesla Energy over their solar panels damaging my roof and they would not own up to it. So, i went through my homeowners insurance to check out my roof and it showed i qualified for a new roof. I got three different roofing estimates but Shiloh was not only the best priced, but the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The estimate was free, every staff member i communicated with was very professional and patient. This was my first time ever going through something like this and i couldn't be happier. “Tim and his crew put a new roof on my home after the wind/hail storm this September. I went with Tim and his company at the recommendation of a friend who also had Tim repair his roof. My friend has very high standards and when he raved about the work Tim did, I knew that I was going to be in good hands. Tim came out to provide an estimate for the work within 2 days of me calling him, and he thoroughly explained the repair to me. He was able to get my roof done in a timely manner -actually earlier than expected and my ending invoice matched the estimate. He and his staff were always here on time, courteous, and professional. As i work from home, they let me know when they were finished for that day and when they would return to complete the job the following day. “We had to have our roof replaced due to damage. The roof itself looks great. The communication was minimal at best. We had to reach out several times to get a date, so we could take off work. We were told it would be within a week, it was a month later. Once they got the sale, they dropped the ball multiple times. We were told they would clean up the area, they did not. We found a nail in our driveway as we went to park our car and handfuls of insulation and plastic on the ground. We were told the sales rep would be back for a walk around and the final pmt. Instead I received an email to certify they checked, which they did not. After the guys left the install, no one was here to check the work. We were also told we would give them a check, nope that was via email also with a very undetailed invoice. All of this after them saying we needed a ventilation fan, which we didn't and that the head of sales would call, which they didn't. Apparently the cost of the fan and install was only a difference of $170. I find that hard to believe with their rates. Emails and calls for the report, complete invoice and photos to submit to insurance go unanswered. We thought hiring local would be a good thing.

Update: Ben, the head of sales came out, he checked the roof, cleaned up the remaining debris, and had our refund check issued for over pmt. I appreciated how he came out that day and looked over everything and was very understanding. The roof looks great and we are satisfied with the job they did.“

“This company is amazing had first half of windows done by them, loved it so had the other half done and where looking into doors with them. The windows helped with air flows and keeping cool and heat in and out of house there is a difference now and it's a great one more comfortable in the house with better windows. There works normal takes 3 to 4 hours but it's 100 percent reliable and worth the money. The team was very respectful and friendly.“
