Replacing the house roof, garage and porch roofs, along with some corner boards over the garage that had water damage. Rick Herr of Herr's Home Improvement built and constructed our second floor balcony and it looks amazing. No upselling, no surprise or hidden costs and done quickly and within the agreed estimate.
They tore down and disposed of the original balcony that succumbed from the last snow storm and collapsed January 31, 2026. Highly Recommend“
