Excellent company. Zach & John repaired a leak around our chimney. We had a new roof installed in 2017 by another roofer. We had the leak, the original roofer came back twice without repairing the leak. After that they never returned our calls. Joyland was very professional, called us back, came when they said they would. Other contractors could take a lesson, it's not that difficult to communicate with the customer. Joyland Roofing, particularly exceeded our expectations with their outstanding work. As new homeowners, we were soon dealing with water leakage resulting from a previous "storm chaser" contractor's failure to replace the chimney flashing when they replaced the roof. Devan and Stark did a great job discussing the work plan with us and keeping us informed of the status of the repair. Additionally, Devan's commitment to quality was evident. Going the extra mile, he returned during a heavy rainstorm and did a thorough inspection to ensure the new chimney flashing wasn't leaking (we had a parallel problem of saturated chimney masonry).
