Bill Brown is a life saver !!! After a plumber came and botched our plumbing and created a huge problem for us Bill came and fixed it. Bill explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Bill also explained the cost. Bill was prompt, courteous, professional, and polite. I will be using Bill Brown From here out. I trust the quality of his work and his knowledge of the profession. Thanks Bill!!

Bill was dispatched by my insurance company for a broken lead water line replacement. There was initially a delay due to a backlog of work, but now that our project is in progress I am VERY GLAD that we waited to work with Bill. We have been really happy with the work (he's been putting in long days in freezing weather) and his communication with us.And, I can now see why these types of projects take so long, and are so unpredictable! There is not only a massive overall need for this type of work in the Pittsburgh area (ex: our insurance company went through 4-5 contractors who had even lengthier waits), but so much of each project is dependent on things that are beyond...read full review

I called Mr. Brown over a holiday weekend, he responded to my call immediately and scheduled to come evaluate the problem within w days. Not only did he show up on time, he also was able to fix the problem that day for a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. 5 STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER. I will definitely be using Bill Brown Plumbing in the future. Saved me a whole headache, when other plumbers never responded to my calls or no showed.
