“I had curved steps poured to my patio back in 2011, and I've been wrestling with installing a railing for some time. After thinking about several homemade approaches, I just wasn't happy with how it would accentuate the curve of the steps. After extensive searches, I reached out to Bella, and their salesman Tim promptly set up an appointment to review my options; I booked right away. Shortly after, a technician came out and measured the curve of the steps to perfectly fit the new railing. I added a short section of straight railing just to take advantage them coming out to install the curved piece. The lead time was a little long but two important things: 1) It was pure custom job, and 2) They are busy because they are GOOD! Couldn't have been happier with the install team or the product.”
