These people are actually trash lol. Charge an insane amount for service I can’t opt out of, and don’t pick up your garbage most of the time. The garbage pickup people suck, the customer service people suck, they all suck.
I am completely over this company! My latest issue. I tried to pay my ridiculously high payment online. I wanted to change my credit card information. I spent 45 minutes trying to do this. I finally got fed up and called the company directly. She took my new payment information and still charged me the service fee. Which is a joke! She told me there was a problem with the website and Still charged me a service fee. One bright point is I didn’t get the usual witch who is rude, nasty and all knowing.
Last week they broke my trash can!
It's the first day of our borough's new contract with them. Overall, my family is not impressed. We received notification last night to put our trash out early because of the heat wave this week. Okay, no problem. It's now 11:14 am on the day of our scheduled trash pick up and our entire streets garbage is still sitting out in the sweltering heat. It's going to smell lovely soon.
Moving on to their website, it looks entirely sketchy and doesn't appear to have any encryption on any data that is entered. Based on this, I suggest that anyone that has to utilize this company for garbage services, that they pay with a check instead of inputting payment information on...read full review
