“We had an emergency leak in our plumbing. Joe Rothermel from Mike Leonard came to check out our problem. Joe determined the problem was a clog between our house and the septic. Joe with the help of another Mike Leonard plumber worked to get the clog out and to improve the outflow pipe. Both plumbers were very courteous and obviously experienced. They cleaned up from all of their work. Pricing was very fair too! I definitely will call them again for my next plumbing need.“

“I started a whole house remodel a little over a year ago. Not being a GC means I was not the most efficient in planning the different stages of the project. Dean has been ready to install my cabinets since Thanksgiving. We finally got them in this week. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional Dean has been. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled after all Dean has done for us (and trust me, I know we have been "difficult" customers). As far as the install goes, Rick (who is just as professional and friendly as his brother) and Dean had the cabinets installed within a day (and they look great). Dean has been here ever since doing the trim, installing hardware, and other various jobs. Over the past year we have worked with many contractors, none of them compare to Dean/Rick. We let him know that the basement was going to be used solely as my photography studio/work area and time was an important factor as I wouldn’t be able to work until this space was finished. His attention to detail can be seen in his absolutely flawless craftsmanship/work. I truly believe his quality of work would be very hard to beat or even match. It’s very evident that Martin takes great pride in his work. Not only do you get excellent communication and top notch work, but Martin is a genuinely amazing human being. There were many times throughout our basement finishing process (we were moving in at the same time) where Martin would so graciously stop what he was doing to lend a hand to us, to people delivering appliances, another contractor working in another area of the home or any place he could for that matter…all while keeping up with the timeline he gave us with his own work. That is not something we could have ever expected, but were so so thankful for. Martin goes out of his way to make sure you get everything you’re looking for in a new basement living space (or work in my case!) and so much more. We ended up with a whole experience that FAR exceeded our expectations and a final result that was even better than anything I ever imagined! I’m certain if I told him once, I told him 100 times…We fully appreciate that he just specializes in basement finishing, but sure do wish he did other things because we would hire him for absolutely ALL of our projects!!!
