“There might not be much glamorous about being the team of 4 exceptionally talented women who have to knock on a hotel door at 5:55 AM on a wedding day, but boy was the Something You team able to make sure we were all glamorous for the whole day. Hayley, Jen, and Melissa were incredibly efficient in beautifying my huge bridal party (8, whoops), mom, aunt, mother in law, and myself on my wedding day! Everyone was so sweet, talented, and didn't complain at all about the early hours, hot hotel rooms, or my dog joining in the festivities. They were kind, funny, and did such a beautiful, long lasting job on everyone's hair and makeup.

On a more personal note, Hayley was so so lovely. I'm not terribly decisive, and I was definitely timid at the beginning of the whole process. Hayley was able to make me feel comfortable in my own skin and look like myself both in person and in photos. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Salon DeSante, especially with Catie and Megan! I came in with tape-in extensions that were not installed at this salon, and they had caused serious knotting and adhesive build-up. What could have been a stressful, uncomfortable appointment turned out to be the total opposite.

Catie was absolutely phenomenal — kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took her time carefully removing the extensions and gently working through the tangles without causing any pain or damage to my hair. Megan was also amazing and stepped in to help, and together they made what could have been a nightmare feel easy and even relaxing.

If you’re looking for professionals who truly care and know what they’re doing, I highly recommend booking with Catie (and Megan!). Thank you both for turning my hair disaster into a great experience!“

“Okay if you are looking for a new hair salon (or even if you’re not) THIS IS THE PLACE. I recommend it to literally all of my friends. The girls here are SO nice and attentive. I came in with a vision that a previous salon told me was impossible and not only did they make it happen, they made it better than I expected. Rachel is so cool and has such a calming vibe like I am such a doormat and get so anxious with haircuts/color because I always worry my asks are too much. Rachel took everything I said to heart and did the dang thing fr. Also, even though I LOVE my hair, if something was off I would’ve 10000% been comfortable to communicate that to her (HUGE for the socially anxious community). Anyways they’re awesome and i’m done rambling LOL.

Sam is an extremely talented artist. We did a trial months before my wedding where she thoroughly went through my preferences. Day of, Sam was on time and got through all 7 of us on time - every body looked beautiful and felt confident. She was receptive to feedback and provided powder for day of - which was incredibly helpful!! So glad I decided to work with this team.“
