I phoned that I thought I was going to be late for my appointment and timeframe was adjusted. I arrived early and was still accommodated. I appreciate stylists and there profession. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Salon DeSante, especially with Catie and Megan! I came in with tape-in extensions that were not installed at this salon, and they had caused serious knotting and adhesive build-up. What could have been a stressful, uncomfortable appointment turned out to be the total opposite.

Catie was absolutely phenomenal — kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took her time carefully removing the extensions and gently working through the tangles without causing any pain or damage to my hair. Megan was also amazing and stepped in to help, and together they made what could have been a nightmare feel easy and even relaxing.
