I came in as a first-time customer and was greeted by Michelle. She was so nice and she became my stylist. I came in with long damaged hair, and she was so understanding what I wanted. She is very patient and wants to make sure you are happy with your hair before leaving, which is a major plus. The outcome was a beautiful short layer look. I absolutely love it. I feel so much better with healthy hair now. She gave me wonderful tips to keep it looking healthier in the long run. I recommend her at 10
