Marie R at the Springfield Mall location was amazing!! Professional customer service waxing and tinting my eyebrows offered some suggestions. I phoned that I thought I was going to be late for my appointment and timeframe was adjusted. I arrived early and was still accommodated. I appreciate stylists and there profession. I understand that their time is valuable. I'm a believer of time being precious/using it wisely. I loved the experience at ulta. I will be back.

I only trust Chi with my brows at the Ulta in Springfield, PA. I live close to the Ulta in DE and I drive further to visit Chi, knowing my eyebrows will be properly taken care of. Chi always takes her time to ensure you are walking out with the perfect brows.

Chi Chi is awesome. I always book with her for Eyebrow Laminations. She is gentle, takes her time, and is super awesome at styling my brows before I leave. I always leave feeling beautiful and highly recommended booking with Chi.
