“From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.“

Her cut is always even and exactly what i ask for. Mandi is a doodle whisperer when it comes to grooming. Would recommend them time and time again. 10/10!“

“We moved to a new area of Pittsburgh and were so sad to leave our previous groomer who worked with our anxious girl Ellie to help her get more comfortable with grooming. But the first time I brought our pitbull mix into Puffy Paws, they said they were so happy to have her breed which made me so excited as some groomers aren’t the most welcoming of dogs like her! We’ve been there twice now for monthly grooming and the second time Ellie was SO happy to get inside. She never seems anxious or scared when leaving, and for a rescue with a rough past who hates being groomed, that’s so important to us. They’re also very reasonably priced and fast, which is great for getting her groomed during the workday. So happy to have found a new groomer in our neighborhood!“

“I found this secret gem on Google! I read the reviews and gave them a call! Shelly surprised me and scheduled with me for the same day and that was super exciting because I didn't expect that. She gave me the run down of everything our boy Tito would receive we agreed on it all! she quoted me 2 hours and she was actually done sooner and our boy is a big boy which means he must've liked Shelly! I was very pleased with with the way tito came out looking and smelling!! Absolutely amazing.You could tell that he was happy, which makes me happy!! The location is very convenient.There is parking all around and the inside looked amazing very clean and cozy! I will one hundred percent be recommending to all of my fur friends! I called to make an appointment to get my new kittens nails cut. There was a lady that had open spots within a day or 2 of when I called. They schedule cats near the end of the day so the dogs are done and the cats came be taken in. She came out to the car took 1 cat in at a time and they were both done within 15 minutes. Very quick efficient friendly polite and great to deal with. Beyond a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that has cats. I will 100% return there to have my cats taken care of. ????“

“This place is perfect because My dog loves it! So that always a great thing! Only thing is I've stopped in and sat and waited for someone to come to the receptionist desk and nobody ever came. I'm not sure why because I heard people talking and I rang the bell at the front desk. The employees seem very friendly when you talk tho. And have waited for a long time to pick my dog up. Hard to get someone to answer the phone sometimes too. But I'd still deal with that to have my dog play there! It's very clean and my dog loves it. I also love the live web cam. You can watch your dog on nice cameras all day.“

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.

I’m glad the salon is a short walk from my place. I highly recommend Doggone Delightful.“
