Our house looks like we just had new siding and trim installed. And it was super dirty from all the mature trees that butt up against it. We couldn’t be any more pleased with the thorough top to bottom power washing job just completed by K&D! Pricing was very fair, and Chad and his assistant were a pleasure to have onsite. We highly recommend their service.

I'm very pleased with the work they did on my cabin. My cabin had not been cleaned or restrained in over 7 years and was showing a lot of wear and tear. They power washed and restored carpenter bee holes as well as stained the entire place. Chad worked very closely with me to make sure things were done the way I wanted. Several problems occurred throughout the project (old stain came off differently depending on sun exposure and weathering) and he was very consistent in checking with me throughout the process on how it should be handled. The final result is a beautiful nicely stained cabin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Id give them 5 stars!
