“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. I believe I spoke with John and right away he helped me with everything and give me a price right away. “Our water heater started leaking. We were able to redirect the water to our sump pump, but we knew we needed a new tank as this was probably 25 years old. We called them Saturday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend and they were here first thing Monday morning. They were very courteous. They were very clean, laying drop cloths from the front door to the tank in the basement. They described all the steps they needed to take and how long it would take and they were spot on! We were very, very happy and would definitely use them for any other needs!!“

“To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with.
