My first visit to Wills Eye KOP. There was a little bit of a wait to get called back, but we were also there almost an hour early. The technician I saw first was wonderful. Very kind, and thorough, and went out of her way to help. I wish I had noted her name because she deserves commendation. After seeing her, we were taken to another waiting room to wait for the doctor, about the same time you’d need to wait after having your eyes dilated, though, I didn’t need mine dilated for this visit, so I wouldn’t have minded a shorter wait, but certainly cannot complain since the wait time was reasonable and expected. This office is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is friendly and very efficient. Waiting times are always kept to a minimum. Dr Regillo is extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience and explains what is going on every step of the way. I have been going to this office for over 3 years and I’m always impressed.
Dr. Hadjokas and the entire staff at the King of Prussia office are truly wonderful. I went to the office 5 consecutive weeks for LAL adjustments/lock-in and every visit they exceeded my expectations. From signing in with Sandy at the front desk to ALL the clinical staff (I don’t have all their names) who did exams, prep etc everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Hadjokas was kind and patient as we discussed various treatment options, and really took the time to answer all my questions, never rushing me. Together they made the whole process a great experience. THANK YOU ALL!
