As he began excavating the area, it was discovered that the galvanized pipe under the concrete floor had rusted and needed replaced. As the job became bigger and more digging was required, Mark made sure to explain things and showed us what he was finding. Thank goodness this was discovered when it was as the rusted pipes leaking water under the floor could have eventually affected the foundation. Everything is now working as it should, and we felt it was reasonably priced for the job. We appreciated Mark’s professionalism, outgoing nature and keeping us in the loop on everything.“

“I work with Kasey for my HVAC needs, and in this case, an emergency hot water heater install. He was recommended to my by a good Friend who owns a small business, who said he was Honest and Fair. Kasey actually turned out to be even better than that. He also seems to make himself available quickly for emergency service whenever he can. In my case, we were without hot water, and I have two teenage daughters. Not a great situation. He came over immediately and tried to fix the problem, and when it couldn't be repaired, did a replacement for me the next day. For a VERY reasonable price, even if this wasn't a rush service, which is certainly was.

I also work as a contractor, and I know the importance of finding someone who is good at their job, charges a fair price, and takes pride in their work- all of which Kasey does, on every job.
