During this recent 3 day 100+ heat wave , our outside unit stopped working.

I called the guy that installed the unit & he suggested calling the company he works for.

they were $200./ hr. & couldn’t check out the unit until the next day. I made an appointment but called a couple of calls.

This google search led me to Lebo’s . I thought small , local and possibly not overwhelmed by this heat wave. And also their rate was 50% less which is were it should be.

And Within 3 hours , someone was there. communication before , during and afterwards was higher than usual.

I Felt like they truly cared.
The rep made an extra phone call or two to get a better price on the broken part.

Overall the experience was very positive and I will reach out again.“
