I had a hip replacement, Lumbar, spinal fusion and cervical spinal fusion. When I say I was in unbelievable pain pain before I got to this miracle place working with Dan has changed my whole outlook on my future perspective. From the moment you walk in this place from the receptionist all the way to the aqua therapy the land therapy the people that work around you that’s not working directly with you the kindness, to courtesy, the respect, and the support that they give each other as well as each patient is amazing. I love this place and I thank God for it because I feel like I am finally getting my life back.“

They have a sauna, cafe, women's only section and a movie theatre complete with treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes. Ken is my favorite of the employees who work the front desk. Ken has an engaging and friendly personality. HE is the same nice person everytime I come here. I look forward to seeing Ken on Saturdays since he opens up if there is no one else to open up on Saturdays. He works Mon - Fri 4 am -12 noon. Have a good night Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.“
“LIFETIME Fort Washington is one of my daily stops throughout the week. I have been a member for almost three years.Their staff is super friendly, and the club is immaculate! There is no other gym that compares to what LIFETIME offers in the area! I utilize their cardio equipment and weights to keep my body in peak condition to climb and inspect roofs for my North Star Roofing clients on a daily basis. They have great hours, and there is nothing better than finishing a long day in their dry sauna before a shower with complementary towel service. It truly is an incredible experience, and I am beyond thankful this brand expanded into Southeastern Pennsylvania when they did. Always an A+ experience!“

“I've known Jim for well over 20 years, and when it came time to start to get back into a healthy routine in mid 2019, he was the first person I called, and am glad I did! We started out working together in a private gym in my house and after COVID-19 put us into new safe practices, Jim managed to seamlessly convert our sessions online, via Zoom meetings. It has worked out extremely well, and now I'm finding myself taking more private sessions weekly.
