LA Fitness offers a range of amenities at an attractive price, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training. The gym is spacious and clean, with plenty of space for stretching and HIIT workouts, and features a full basketball court and squash courts. Members appreciate the friendly staff, motivating classes, and easy parking, creating a good vibe overall.
However, some customers have raised concerns about cleanliness in the locker rooms, pool, and spa areas, mentioning issues such as low water levels, temperature problems, soap scum, burnt-out lights, rust, mold, and dirty air vents. Others have praised the quality of personal training, highlighting a trainer's kindness and honesty, and noting the positive attitude and professionalism of trainer Dillian.
A common complaint involves the lack of equipment repair, with reports of broken stair steppers and a shortage of flat benches leading to long wait times. Customers suggest that fixing these maintenance issues would further improve the overall experience at the gym.
