“They definitely know what they're doing with kids and in general. Was pleased with the whole visit! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. My 7 year old was so nervous and so was mom but the medicine they give helps calm the child almost instantly and as for me,I personally felt it was appropriate for me to stay out when he was going under for sleep because I was already worked up and worried about that so that helped. They do a lot of reassurance and are fast! You are sitting waiting for the appointment longer then the surgery actually takes. Even so we watched a great Disney movie waiting. My son was allowed to bring his capybara stuffed toy And That also helped comfort him. They are great at explaining everything and all steps! Recovery nurses are great with kids as well! They are very prepared and comforting. My son woke up normally and on the ride home as he slept in and out of it he would ask questions about the visit. A little swollen but overall I give them a 10/10!“

“I just moved to Lancaster and Lancaster Smiles were super welcoming . I wanted to get my teeth cleaned on a certain day and they told me they did not have availability but will call me if anything changed . Lisa kept her word and called me immediately when there was an opening. So thankful ! The location is welcoming atmosphere and clean . They offer coffee and water while you wait . Even have dairy free creamer which I thought was nice . Danaca did my cleaning . She is super friendly and funny . She made my cleaning a 5 star experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family ?“

“I went to Dr. Carano and then Dr. Green for years. When Angstat took over I was never notified. I had to reschedule my last cleaning due to inclement weather, they had nothing in the evenings for 6 months. I get a message months later that they need to reschedule the cleaning and that they don't have hours past 6pm. It entirely unreasonable to cut your hours so people have to take vacation time to get a cleaning. The receptionist was an immature person incapable of explanation as a reasonable adult. If you're going to reduce your hours, the very least you could do is plan ahead and honor the appointments you have and not inconvenience patients. It's clear this practice does not care for its patients. And a good family practice lost in Lancaster.“

“Dr. Jane has been my dentist for 20 plus years. She’s a phenomenal dentist-truly! Her husband, Dr. Mike, has cared for me from time to time when Dr. Jane was unavailable. He, too is a great doc! Now, their son, Dr. Chris, joined their practice. Last week, the kid stepped in to handle an emergent cap for me. Is he as good? Yes! The kid was great! Literally, a chip off both blocks! I can absolutely attest to the skills of all three of these wonderful people! No one wants to go to the dentist but these three docs make the experience as good as it can be. I highly recommend all three of them for their skills, their care and their professionalism. So glad to have such talented dentists to take care of my 58 year old teeth! :)“
