Comfortable and inviting lobby greets you when you arrive, warm and friendly staff. Tammy took me back to the exam room that was modern and explained each step carefully. Was able to see all films taken. Dr. Vince stepped in and actually listened. I shared my concerns and problems. I felt pretty hopeless when I arrived with no expectations. What I admire the most about Dr. Vince's style was that he made no snap decisions, no pie in the sky promises. He explained the challenges ahead and timetable briefly. I left with hope. I have a long way to go but feel confident that Dr. Vince and staff will lead me to a better place.
