“I was very pleased with my phone call interactions prior to my appointment as well as the compassionate, professional care that was provided to me. I walked in the office with an emergent request, frustrated with my previous dentist, and they were able to open the schedule, see me within an hour, evaluate me and treat my tooth concern. The front desk receptionists did a lot of leg work for me with getting old records and were very thorough in my care. The tech ladies and the dentist did a great job keeping me comfortable despite my fears. They explained each step thoroughly. The dentist numbed my mouth effortlessly and it was virtually painless. The office itself is very modern looking, peaceful and beautifully updated. The kid zone was a huge hit for my son. My only complaint would be the live cam of the apes at the zoo didn't seem very live and I didn't get to enjoy any monkey sightings. Overall, I would highly recommend this office if you're looking for a dental office !“

“I was a little nervous when I heard the practice was sold, but I’m honestly so glad we stayed! I love the new doctor and hygienist my son saw! The hygienist was named Donna and she was honestly the best we’ve had! VERY knowledgable and thorough. She did a fabulous job cleaning my son’s teeth and gave us so many tips for going forward with his oral care. He even told me on the car ride home how much he liked her and thought she was helpful! That’s awesome coming from a 10 year old! I will absolutely recommend them going forward“

“I hate to admit, but I hadn’t been to the dentist in well over 10 years. Between depression and anxiety, I put it off. The staff here are INCREDIBLE. I cried my first visit a couple months ago because of Peyton’s (sorry about the spelling) compassion and gentleness. Then tonight, I teared up because of my other hygienist’s reassurance and kindness. Whoever is up at the desk too??? You are all SO amazing. I never once felt shame, embarrassment or unease. Thank you for helping me get back on track with my oral hygiene and dental care! So glad I found you all.“

“Dr Williams is a great dentist ! Her chairside manor is fabulous. She makes you feel very comfortable in what ever treatment you are having. The staff is also very friendly. All your dental needs can be done at Smile builders. They have dental plans that can help with dental procedures if you have no dental insurance . With those plans there are free checkups, free Xrays and discounts on all other procedures. They are in office untill 7:00 pm I believe. Thats helps people who work till 5:00pm to schedule appts after work. So nice convenience with scheduling. And they have several locations for your convenience to choose from.“

“I love my new smile! I went to Denture Center of Ephrata for a full upper plate and a lower partial. I was well taken care of. Not only was I kept informed but also educated along the way. I greatly appreciated the personal care and how quickly I was able to be seen for adjustments. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the dentures. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because they don't accept insurance. They did bill my insurance for me when all was said and done so that I could seek reimbursement.“

“I dispise the dentist, however, I enjoy going now. The staff is fantastic with the exception of one, who wasn’t nice nor rude but you could tell she was just there for a paycheck. Did not converse nor explain anything she just said you can discuss that with the dentist. I needed my teeth fixed ASAP as I had a wedding , gala and black tie event in NYC . I am grateful and impressed they were able to get it done in such a short time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I absolutely love the secretary/receptionist!!!“

“The Springer’s are really patient focused and will give you the best care that you could ask for! The hygienists, Chris and Jill also take such good care during your cleaning. They take the time to listen to any issues you might have and aren’t rough on your teeth.“

“I been seeing Larrimore since she was in terre hill. The last time I was seen at the office was not happy at all. I scheduled my appointment 6 month ago before dr.Simmion was in the picture they didn’t even ask if I was okay seeing another provider as had me with dr. Simmion’s As well as it was never mention about how she want to change all my filling from silver to white and they don’t participate with Most insurance companies so you’ll be paying out of your pocket for majority of your work you get done on your teeth. I should not have to say that I want Dr. Larrimore when I schedule an appointment especially since I’ve been going there for so long“
