“Not for young kids. Fine for adults.My husband and I have had alright experiences here and we will continue to go for our own dental care. However, our 2 year old has come twice for her first dental appointments, and Dr. Katz doesn't seem to know how to handle young patients or how to teach and reassure them through their first visits. During the most recent appointment, our daughter was scared and didn't want to let go of me. In the end Dr. Katz turned and walked away saying "have a good day," without any advice for her oral care or trying to end the visit on a positive note. It felt awkward and like a waste of our time. We will try to find a pediatric dentist in the area who is accepting new patients, although that seems hard to find.“

“My family began seeing Dr Bell when he opened his practice. Over those years I have had plenty of fillings and several crowns done by him and he has made every visit as comfortable and pain free as I think you possible could. He has a great “chair side manner.” His staff is equally as thoughtful and friendly. He is now slow walking into retirement, which he totally deserves. However, I fear he has set the standard so high that I may never feel as comfortable with any other dentist. He spoiled me!“
“All staff members were extremely friendly and professional. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled on my left side. The removal was much more pleasant than I expected. Dr. Adams was quick, steady handed, and very patient. He gave me time to calm myself and talked me through the procedure after I started to panic a little. Tomorrow will be a week post op. Everything is healing well. I had no bruising, or swelling. I will definitely return if I need any other procedures done.“
“I hadn't been to a dentist and I got a referral to DMD Fontana for a consult to have some oral surgery done. I loved everything about this practice and the staff was very comforting, especially Dr. Fontana!! I am having surgery there the first part of May!! I highly recommend them especially if u have Dental PTSD!!!“

“Everything about this appointment was excellent. First of all, about two weeks prior to my son's appointment, the lady who handles the insurance called to let us know that we needed a referral from our pediatrician to cover costs associated with the anesthesia and walked us through exactly what they needed. She couldn't have been nicer and more responsive, and she worked quickly to get the referral processed once it was sent in by the doctor. Next, the lady that called to schedule our procedure was so thorough and answered every one of our questions with such patience and kindness. When we arrived, the front desk staff was fast and efficient with the paperwork I needed to sign, yet so incredibly nice. The actual appointment went better than I could have imagined. My son is four, so he can be very difficult (what 4 year old isn't??) and the day of his appointment he was not super cooperative. The staff was so understanding and handled every aspect of the encounter with grace and professionalism, never once getting frustrated with him for not cooperating. While you are in the various stages of going through the process - waiting room, prep area/pre-op - they have recent Disney/Pixar/Universal movies playing to keep the attention of your kids so they are not just sitting anxious and bored. Once he was in surgery, the entire procedure took about an hour and the doctor came out to explain everything that had happened and answered all of my questions. The recovery nurse was exceptional! She handled my son coming out of anesthesia with so much kindness despite his fussiness. As for the negative reviews about this place - look, if you are coming here for pediatric dental surgery, you are probably already a bit upset at having to see your kid go through something like this - it is difficult to go through as a parent/guardian. But I will tell you that this staff was AMAZING and deserves 5 stars all around.“
