We hired Shingle Me to replace our roof in late May 2026, this review is a bit tardy but wanted to do it. We dealt with Kyle who came and gave us a quote. He answered all of our questions, and we had a list of about 15. The morning of the job John showed up at 7:30 and started surveying the job, the work crew showed up about 8:00 and they immediately started working. The house was tarped in 30 minutes and the old shingles started flying off. The total tear off and new roof was done by 3:00. We went with the Aged Copper color of shingles which looks great with our house which is beige/tan siding with green shutters and door. The quality of work is very good. We only had 4 shingles that didn't exactly lay flat after a couple days, so my husband took a couple 5 pound weights up on roof and placed them on the shingles, and after a day of good sun, they were like pancakes and have stayed like that. Several neighbors have commented on the roof, now my husband can't wait until they need a new roof so he can get his referral bonus. We've included a before and after picture.

The project (a/c for a very small room with very little wall space) was a little gnarly because of the room’s configuration. I had a total of 3 companies look and it was Rob who came up with the absolute perfect solution. Pricing was very competitive.
The installation team, led by James, was great. They were Pleasant, respectful of the property, and incredibly efficient. They approached the job with incredible attention to detail, and everything went as smoothly as one could ask for.
The office staff is great as well…very responsive and helpful.

Andrew did a remarkably good job inspecting one house we decided against and another that we are in the process on. His inspections were thorough and informative. His report included pictures and facility to organize the repair schedules. After we finish the work on this house, we hope to engage his services on the old house as well.

i came across this today, i knew the person very well before he was taken with an illness, i recall helping them pack and move there belongings into storage and i know first hand there was a folder with your name and several other ones that were placed in storage in fact i mentioned to his wife to look because there was a Manilla envelope and it had a large amount of cash in it i know this man he wouldn't of done anything intentionally to steal from you. i hope she finds it and clears his name .Service: Roof repair

Robert and Jim were very responsive, arrived on time and did absolutely great work. We had leaks from over-winter pipe freezing, and after methodically assessing the situation they got right to work, fixing everything in order of importance. They were very friendly, they explained how they would fix the problems they found, and did it all with a smile. They went above and beyond my expectations, and left the place cleaner than they found it. Very fair pricing as well. I highly recommend!

I've gone here a few times and the last hair cut I received was beautiful and my husband really loved it... Just a fyi he cut my hair pretty short and my husband hates short hair. My parents live at the end of a dead end street and the City of Scranton plowed all the snow to the end of the street and left it in front of their garage!
