Company came earlier than expected Jason was a very nice guy cleaned and checked chimney. Company was great with emailing me in on everything. Very happy with them will use them going forward.

Carlos was friendly, professional, and thorough. He showed us the photos, of all the areas of concern, as he explained how and why they needed to be repaired. We had no idea there were so many areas on our chimney, and we certainly had no idea how much the mortar had deteriorated. We are so thankful we called Integrity Chimneys now, instead of waiting until spring when the damage would surely be much worse!

He came promptly at 11:30am and even received a call from Tyler that he was on his way. He even brought shoes to wear but told him it was ok, he didn't have to wear them. He was friendly, polote and personable. I asked questions bc it was my first time cleaning the chimney. He educated me as he went along doing his job. Did a thorough job, inside and outside. Cleaned up afterwards and booked for next year.
The staff at the office were great. Called me after I left a message and I got an appointment the next day. I would definitely use Integrity Chimney again. More companies should be like this one.
