Rob was right on time for the estimate appointment.
The project (a/c for a very small room with very little wall space) was a little gnarly because of the room’s configuration. I had a total of 3 companies look and it was Rob who came up with the absolute perfect solution. Pricing was very competitive.
The installation team, led by James, was great. They were Pleasant, respectful of the property, and incredibly efficient. They approached the job with incredible attention to detail, and everything went as smoothly as one could ask for.
The office staff is great as well…very responsive and helpful.

James blew us away! We haven’t had service like that in a long time. He definitely deserves a raise because I’m going to be giving the Highpoint Mechanical name to everyone I know. From the moment he pulled in saying Hello to my wife and I to the respect and kindness he showed our house and to the incredibly thorough and patient attention he gave to the entire AC Mini Split system, James never broke composure and had 100% confidence with a smile that our system would be fixed without doing any unnecessary and costly repairs. Steve and Anthony were amazing installing my mini-splits! The did a great job with the install and made sure everything was explained on how system worked and they made sure I was happy with the work. They also spent an hour setting up my remote access on my phone. Highly recommend!
