We called late sat afternoon and he walked my husband thur testing certain outlets and then had him go back in basement to turn off and on circuit and finally it worked. My husband was not turning it all the way off. I can not thank Phil enough for his freely given time and advice. This is a very honest man.

We purchased an older cabin that we knew was outdated in some areas electrical being one of them. We called him and he responded within the hour.
