My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. Not only did they do a great job on all the projects, they consistently met all timelines on start/finish times and they ensured that they left my premises as it was prior to the work start each time. Nate even came back days later, after the snow melted, to ensure there were no nails/debris left on my patio. That’s what I call Superb Customer Service! I would highly recommend and have already done so!“

“KSW took our ideas and created a design that enhanced what we wanted and needed in our house so we can age in place. We now have two safe and very useable bathrooms with handicapped accessible showers, a laundry on the main floor of our house and a powder room, and two walk in closets. We asked for wider door frames and pocket doors to create more floor space. From our first visit with Shayne, I felt our ideas and expectations were valued and always respected. The design process was at times difficult but the design we have now is exactly what we wanted and needed. Joe was very patient and always used his expertise to guide us through change orders. He suggested additions to the design that enhanced the outcome.Shayne and Joe kept us informed of the construction process and when crews would arrive and when each phase of the construction would be completed. The work crews were respectful of our home. I am pleased to recommend KSW for any construction project.“

“Would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Amega has been doing my landscaping maintenance for years and has done so at a fair price and with a ton of care. I recently used them on a major side and backyard renovation which included lighting, stone paths, a fire pit, multiple new beds, sod, irrigation, tree removal, and a ton of new trees. The team knocked out all this work from design to delivery in under a month and did so at a price that I felt was fair and reflected to premium quality they delivered. Trailway Construction built an in-law suite (for my wife and I to move to rather than downsizing) with a dining area, a beautiful bathroom and a bedroom. They also rebuilt our deck, replaced two sliding Pella doors, built an outdoor patio for our grills and a second outdoor patio under the new addition. We also had two kitchen cabinets and a gorgeous vanity for the bath custom built.

Ephraim (their project lead) couldn't have been more patient and helpful in the entire process. He listened to our desires and offered excellent suggestions that improved the project. We have some more projects in mind for next spring and will definitely call them again!“

“From the very first meeting with John, we had a great feeling about proceeding with Forest Ridge to help us design and build our home. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process, and we were not shy about asking a LOT of questions.
