“We contacted Daniel at WilLine Builders about installing crown molding and painting of our living room, dining room, kitchen and foyer. He was prompt in scheduling a meeting with us, answered any questions that we asked and provided samples of various crown molding for us to select from. He always showed up at the scheduled time. He did the installation of the crown molding in one day. The painting of the crown molding and painting of the walls and baseboard was handled by his workers. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner and in the time frame that was estimated for our job. “We had our entire home interior painted, as well as had crown molding and chair rails/shadow boxes installed. Dave was our painter and he was very thorough and detail-oriented. The paint work is flawless and we have some difficult high ceilings which Dave took care to paint so neatly! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the colors we chose, and he even fixed an area my puppy ruined right after he had painted it. Mike did the crown molding and was also flexible and willing to change the plan at the last minute. He gave us information on potential future projects, and the woodwork adds so much character to our home. It looks beautiful! Brett helped with both the paint and woodwork projects and was also very accommodating, friendly, and detail-oriented. Everyone showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in the timeframe we were told. Bill, Cindy, and Maggie were very responsive and sent plans, contracts, and changes in a timely manner, and were great about answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!“

“M-Jay Builders did an amazing job on my roofing project. They worked on my old stone schoolhouse, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I never imagined they could take such an ugly roof and make it look so good. The roof looks great, everything was done clean, and you can tell they actually care about doing good work.

“Where do I begin? In November 2025 I had to get a new roof because of a leak, and that was done great! The leak led to my walls in 1 of my bedrooms, and dining room being destroyed, along with my hardwood floors in the dining room. ServiceMaster came in and did the destruction with the promise to do the repair. They abandoned me, and never came, never showed up for the repair. Carpentry USA was called on the recommendation of my insurance co. The arrived within 24 hours, took photos, explained everything in detail to me, contacted my insurance co, gave them the estimate, arranged for a flooring co to come in as well. The promised me I would be satisfied and took responsibility for this job. I was not just another job! They were professional, kind, patient, very detail oriented, explained every step, and were in constant communication with me during the repair! WOW!!! Trailway Construction built an in-law suite (for my wife and I to move to rather than downsizing) with a dining area, a beautiful bathroom and a bedroom. They also rebuilt our deck, replaced two sliding Pella doors, built an outdoor patio for our grills and a second outdoor patio under the new addition. We also had two kitchen cabinets and a gorgeous vanity for the bath custom built.
