I watched Double E Construction’s progress of a new building they erected near the Sage Farmhouse on Pennell Rd in Aston. I was so impressed, I had them replace my old wood deck with a new composite deck. They were neat, respectful, and I couldn’t ask for better quality. They became my go-to contractor, so I had them replace my roof the following year.
Required tear down rotted 2 layer deck w/o disturbing house foundation; rebuild wooden pressure tx'd w/adjustments to footprint and stair access. All to DE code. Project manager and crew there promptly every day until completed(and revisit for NCCo code sign-off) Good solid work w/attention to detail-- beautiful rail. Sturdy construction going on yr 2-3. Tie- in to house great.
