I have been going to Shakti for over 30 years and I love it there! I get the best care for my hair and brows. Color, cut and fabulous treatments along with recommendations for me to age gracefully! Rachel - you worked a small miracle on this Very Thin head of hair! Came for a nails day (awesome also) and Rachel took me as a walk-in at the end of her day. Graciously worked with me (I haven’t been in a salon chair in 6+ years…) and gave me the most beautiful curly up-do for my sister-girlfriend’s son’s wedding! Loved it - and she just shines! Hilary: I’ve been seeing Hilary for probably 5+ years. My skin has always been acne prone and I’m a solid combination of dry and oily depending on the season. Skin care is very important to me and out of all of the estheticians I’ve seen, Hilary is my favorite. I always leave what I need up to her and I’m never disappointed with the results. I use 2 items from her skin care line, scrub and vitamin C serum, and they’re 2 of my favorite products that I use. The salon & spa is always clean, has a great atmosphere, and I’ve never once felt taken advantage of price wise like I have in the past. 10/10 recommend. Your skin will thank you later.
Dana: Dana owns Define Beauty and works within the salon. She does my Botox. I was on the fence about starting and originally went to her for a lip filler consultation with a maybe on Botox. After consultation and her professional opinion, I realized I didn’t need the filler but could benefit from the Botox. I did 2 Botox consultations before I pulled the trigger and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I love the eyebrow lift I get from it and again, the atmosphere is always positive. I never once felt uncomfortable being a newbie to the Botox world. She was patient and educating and both of those are super important to me.
Both Hilary and Dana are professional, friendly, and overall genuine people. I always refer friends and people to Star Tresses and Define Beauty. If you’re on the fence, take the jump, it’s worth it.

Theresa is a true nail artist. She does it all by hand; doesn't use that round thing that spins because she feels it's not good for the nail bed. She doesn't do gels because she feels they may cause cancer. Everything is clean. And cannot say enough about how talented she is! What a personality! Very engaging and sweet. Love this gal!

I was just passing through town with a two week old gel manicure and I needed to find a salon to get a refresh. I picked L&V because the reviews were excellent and the owner takes time to respond, which shows they care. I’m on day 8 of the gel manicure they did for me and my nails look like they were done yesterday! Prices were more than fair, and quality was great!
They're always so nice and attentive, never rushed and very decent pricing. I love coming here to relax. I've had my manicures done here since around 2013, pedi's, & very good with eyebrow waxing! I love that it's never packed like other nail salons.

Love this place. It's always clean and bright. Ann Marie is wonderful. My Mom (grandmother) went to her for years and my mother does also. She's accommodating, always listens to what you want, and you get a great cut, color, or style. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I just wanted a me day yesterday and I got it. My 4lb dog and I went to get my hair dyed, he was a Star as usual, then came home and I said no I need more. So I called the woodhouse because I've been there many times in my youth and remembered it as smelling like a good time. It really was. I just had a massage and it hurt. It really hurt but that's when you know it works. Aleah was so professional when I made gross sounds (not controllable and I did apologize) the place is beautiful and today my back feels like it belongs to a child. It was expensive (to what I thought, I thought an hr massage would be $100 but again I'm old and my mind is stuck in 2009) but u get what you pay for and they really deliver on that. Please go there and request Aleah
Couldn't tell you that 1 artist is the best, but I will say that all of them are... awesome, clean shop with some of the chillest people you'll find!! Worth the trip!
Got my last couple of tattoos here! They do really good work. Austina did a very nice hand tattoo recently with future add ons to be made!
Needed a new water heater. Looked at reviews and saw this place got very good reviews. Called them and they said they would come the next day. Were here on time. Looked at everything and a brand new heater was installed two hours later. Highly, highly recommend. They knew what they were doing. Good company.

The team worked on our house in April and we were thrilled with their services. They moved and installed a very heavy carpet that had been sitting in our stairway after Lowes delivered it. They installed a window, trim, and carpet for a very large space in 2 days. Tariq is wonderful to work with. His prices are fantastic and he hires people who are friendly and knowledgeable. Great work all around. We have his team coming back to do our shutters this weekend.

Great place that REALLY helped me! I had a back injury that was so bad, I could barely stand. Dr. Conway (Jr) has helped me tremendously by getting rid of my pain and helping me function like a normal human being again, I'm even in the gym lifting weights! He also gives advice on how to work with your injury so you don't make it worse - example, he advises me on what lifts to stay away from and how I can do them differently. If it weren't for him, I probably would've needed back surgery. Very grateful would be an understatement.
Was very professional, but then after the visit they told me my insurance wasn't accepted so they waived my bill ,so I felt I should thank them for that, and I would recommend them to others
