My first vet experience was AMAZING! Dr Ritz and tech Brian certainly made me feel comfortable abt my fur baby issues. I guys rock like the moon! And their scrubs/shoe dynamic is certainly an A+!
I Dr Ritz...all the Dr's an staff r friendly but Dr Ritz is my best for sure...she's understanding when I can't always catch my cats for a visit....listens to what I say an hears it..very important quality ?
This is the absolute best vet in NEPA! My puppy Molly unexpectedly became very unwell and they didn't hesitate to take her in for an emergency appointment. They were so kind, helpful, understanding, and professional! I am beyond thankful for all they did for my sweet girl!
