Being referred to this practice was a blessing! Although I work for Benco Dental I've not had such good precious experiences with dental work which made me super nervous about going back. The entire staff was friendly, caring and attentive. I will be referring all my friends and family to Dr. Hippeli!
Called and got an appointment as a first time patient for the next day, which shocked me. Got In filled out paperwork and was immediatly brought in exactly at my appointment time. Very well run office, with a super helpful front desk. Dr.Grossman and his staff have been the best practice I've gone to!
Amazing office. I called for new patient problem visit for my son, the girl who answered the phone was great. I called at 830am and was in the office by 1030am, never could of thought I would get same day appt. The ladies at check in were so nice, I wasn't even done filling out new patient paperwork and was being called back. The hygienist was amazing made my son feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing with a smile on her face. The doctor came in talked directly to my son and answered all his questions so he would understand what was happening if I could give more stars I would!!
