I’m in Upper Chichester and found this company on Google and I’m glad, i actually Called them out to my grandparents house for a kitchen faucet that wouldn’t turn off all the way , Don showed up on time called me while he was there gave me an up front cost with multiple options, explained and actually educated me about some things. Ending up having them replace the shut off valves and the faucet! Turns out He had everything on his truck and got it done quickly and efficiently (even cleaned the cabinet better than he found it) I would definitely recommend this company and Don!
We had a live leak in our kitchen that we noticed had been happening for a while, so it was an urgent need. We contacted Chesco Plumbing and heard back within 24 hours or less! Pat emailed us and setup a time to come out ASAP, had his office call first thing in the morning to confirm, and fixed not one, but two issues at our house! Pat also was able to explain the issue, show what was fixed, and explain what to look for regarding any future leaks. Lastly, we appreciated how he spoke to us in layman’s terms, and truly gave that human experience, which is lacking in the other current big company we have on retainer. Great experience. Don came to our house and finished our projects efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and explain his approach prior to starting the work. He also thoroughly tested the work upon completion. The price was reasonable and I will absolutely use this company for all further plumbing work!
