“I saw this bad review on here and wanted to say, that Ray came out last winter very late at night when our furnace stopped working.He was able to get it working so we'd have heat until he come come the next day with the new part.He wouldn't except any money that night, even for the part.He got us up and running the next day. The part was not expensive at allHe explained everything, every step of the way and updated us by phone several times as to when he'd pick up the part and be back to the house.I'd use him again any time.“

“They were life saving, I recently bought my house and for the first time turn on my heating system. My entire system exploded with water pouring out in all the radiators. It was a nightmare.I called several heating and plumbing, since this was an emergency. I am happy Safeway was able to respond within 15mintes to shut the system down. They stood in communication even after Louis got sick.They also found my chimeny was damage and the smoke that was supposed to be release from the chimeny was coming back into to my home and it could have killed us or harm us with carbon monoxide .They replace the pipes that were installed incorrectly and fixed the chimeny. They are now working with us to submit the claim to our house insurance to recover from the water damages“
