Had no heat in the downstairs of a row home . 2 people showed up. Poked around for an hour and said the pipes must be frozen and left. My handyman diagnosed it as a bad circulator and replaced it . Heat was bk on. Reigel charged me 300.00. I paid them 200.00 and told them that even that was too much. . I never rcvd a quote prior so they took advantage of that and their misdiagnoses cost me more money. Now they’re suing me for the 100.Service: Heating system repair

We had a big mess from pipes behind our wall leaking we called tom as emergency he had his crew here fast and got pipes removed and new ones in.... he definitely has a customer for life very nice people and price wasn't bad for what they needed to do!
