“Randy was absolutely incredible! He called me back on a holiday, shortly after I called for emergency service. Our heat and hot water went out overnight and it was 18 degrees outside so the house was getting cold pretty quickly. Randy wasted no time and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part, tightened up some other loose things that were leaking a tiny bit of gas. On top of all of this, he was incredibly friendly, informative, and just a down to earth guy. He saved us a LOT of money- some other local companies quoted us triple the price.
